We had a fantastic evening at our April In-Person Meeting, and we want to thank everyone who came out to join us! It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and to welcome new ones. We were thrilled to finally pin Robert Rosenberg for receiving his Paul Harris Fellow Award, which he was awarded during our March meeting. This recognition honors Robert’s commitment to Rotary’s mission and his outstanding contributions to service.
We also had the special honor of officially pinning one of our new members for this rotary year, Jen Zavat! Additionally, we were incredibly grateful to have Akbar Alikhan, Deputy City Manager of Thousand Oaks, as our guest speaker. Akbar shared valuable insights into upcoming city projects, future plans for Thousand Oaks, and ways we can continue to stay involved and support our local community.
Thank you again to everyone who was able to attend. We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting and continuing to build an even stronger, more connected NextGen Rotary community!
