Next Gen family,

We created something special this past month.

When you create the right space and opportunity, the right people find their way to it. Our first-ever Networking Event was a successful reflection of that.

You all showed up, brought others, and shared what this club means to you. Due to your dedication, we now have multiple individuals who want to be a part of what we're building. That's not a small thing. That's momentum.

At the same time, we did the work to put our story into words. The board, through the motivation of all of you and what we stand for, got together and developed a move-forward message that defines who we are and how we present ourselves to others. Whether you're speaking to a busy professional, a civic-minded neighbor, or someone who's heard of Rotary and assumed it wasn't for them, we now have a version of our story that lands. Our move-forward vision exists because this club is worth explaining well.

NextGen isn't defined by age, it's defined by mindset. We meet people where they are. We stay flexible in how we gather and serve and we keep our door open to anyone who leads with authenticity and a desire to make a difference.
