I'm honored to be stepping into this role as president and grateful to be surrounded by an amazing board!
This year's theme is "Rooted in Purpose". It gets to the root of our club, and how everything we do serves a purpose. Whether it's a service project, a fundraiser, a social or attending the meetings, all of these actions serve a greater purpose. My purpose is to show my love and strengthen ties to the Conejo Valley and its population. I invite all members to think about why they joined Rotary, and what they would like to accomplish.
We started this new Rotary year off in July with the theme of "Planting the Seed".
Our first service project was stuffing backpacks for the youth of Conejo Valley through Safe Passage Youth Foundation and Art Trek. Our in-person meeting at Tarantula Hill Brewery was lively and welcoming, with visits from local Rotary club presidents and treasured founding members. Both were great experiences that brought people out into the community to give back or kick back!
We have a lot of wonderful things planned this year, and I cannot wait to see how we all grow!

Crawl-O-Ween 2026 is happening Sunday, October 25. Tickets go on sale before Labor Day, so let's start planning now. We'll be sharing social graphics and copy to help drive turnout.
